Does anyone have a ballpart figure for the amount of money each week I will require to support my fiance when she come to uk as requiered by our applications.....many thanks

With the price of fish & fruit, they eat every day.....probably double what you spend on yourself :yikes:

Very true with the Wife away for almost three weeks now the tesco points are down but the bank balance up.
But having written that I have gone to even the opening of a letter if food is involved these last few weeks being a cheapskate

minimum is what you would get from claiming social security, something like £55 a week. but the more cash you've got the better :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Thats what i heard as the goverment uses that as the minimum necssary to get by each week for a indivual.

you should produce a budget of your out goings, and show you've got at least £200+ a month left to support her, as she will not be able to work for 6months or so, so the more you have the better it is...

Which i did guv.
LenLen I and others have written about this in the past so its worthwhile reading all you can on here and petes website.
Bombard them with as much ifo as you can. You also need to look at your application in a detached way and look for weak areas and then supply evidence to counter this.
