Can we apply civil wedding in Manila even I am not a resident there?.....
I live in Butuan but want to get civil wedding in Manila...is it possible?

Yes I believe you can, provided you have all the paperwork to show that you are both single and are free to marry. You will just have to apply for a marriage licence and then wait for 10 days. After that just find a judge to perform the ceremony.

Of course u can as long as u have the necessary documents..for clarifications and for ur peace of mind, I guess it would be better if u ask ur gf to go to the nearest registrar or wherever u planned to get married for both of u to know what do they require to get married..

I hope someone will correct me if this is wrong, but I believe that once you have acquired a marriage licence from any province in the Philippines, you can then get married anywhere in the Philippines with that licence, it does not have to be in the province that issued the marriage licence.

So you could sort out the required paperwork and apply for a marriage licence at the local Hall of Justice in Butuan, then present the marriage certificate to a judge in Manila and ask him/her to perform the ceromony.
