My wife will be 12 months of ILR this September, can she apply for naturalization even though she is just 3 years in the UK? We are both ILR, I will be filing my naturalization in September as 12 mo. ILR holder and I want to include my wife and children.

i'm sure there are only two categories of naturalization applications that can be made i.e. naturalization on the basis of marriage with a UK citizen and naturalization on the basis of five years legal residence.

always check with IND, but i don't think so for your wife :NoNo:

oh i'm not so sure now, that you've mentioned your wife has been here 3 years

Children under age 18 may not become citizens by application. However, they may become “registered” British citizens if both parents give such consent at the time a parent naturalises.

I don't think she can apply at the same time as you, though once you become 'British' she can apply straightaway (as a spouse of a British Citizen).

Though as suggested previously you may want to check with IND.

I'll check the wife of a British Citizen law. Thanks.
