Just a short note to say thank you to alll the responders to my early threads which greatly assisted me in the smooth processing of my Ligaya's spouse visa and to all the supportive, entertaining and threads I have seen here since. You guys/girls have helped pass the time that I have been waiting or my princess and little prince.

I am driving down to Heathrow tomorrow morning to fetch them and am now super excited:BouncyHappy::BouncyHappy::BouncyHappy::cwm12:

I will be back posting after a few days of ahhhhmmmm getting reaquaintated with my mahal again and enjoying our son and settling both of them to our place here in Birmingham

That journey to Heathrow was one of the best i,ve had to any airport :xxgrinning--00xx3:, I decided to take public transport there as i thought there might be a delay(it was a saturday morning as well), how right I was ,the flight was on time 7am but it was near 11am when she appeared in the arrival hall-3 hours to come through the immergration-I thought she was still in dubaiand had missed the flight:doh and no way of contacting her, however it ended well , I was glad I got publiv transport as the parking charges are very high at heathrow :furious3:. GOOD LUCK and best wishes for the future.

I have just spoken with Ligaya, they are at Abu Dhabi airport for a stop over of some 5 hours(bummer but only way here with the Oasis disaster). I know what you mean about the short stay parking £8 for 2 hours!! but a small price to pay.

thanks again and goodnight:):BouncyHappy:

Hi everybody,
a quick update

Ligaya and our baby Josh are settling in well

our kitchen has been re arranged to suit Ligaya, Joshua has setled in to a UK sleep pattern and had his progress check at the surgery yesterday( all is well).

I have been asked where the wet market is!! and is it true that the fish counter in Waitrose throw away the salmon heads and if so can she have them!!

We are making our first shopping expedition tonight at Merry Hill (so big it has an overhead railway conecting two centres. ( I have comfy shoes).

We will visit her cousin just north of Blackpool at the weekend

I am totally shagged out and never been happier!!!!!!

Hi - glad Ligaya and Joshua made it here fine. The wet market is over the bull ring area. If you are driving, there's a car park above it.

Regards,

Luis

Hubby has seen me one time eating fish eyes, and the reaction of his face was priceless. There was a silence, and suddenly he uttered the words.. ewww, you're a strange one..LOL :Cuckoo:
