Rowena,
If your husband is a British Citizen and he filed for divorce against you, then you have no need to register such a divorce in the Philippines, the fact is, he instigated the divorce, therefore under Philippine law, it is valid, and you are free to re-marry at any time you wish, either under UK law or Philippine law.
Hope that helps, (answer given on the basis of the short facts in your post)

hi pete. thanks for the reply.. Should i bring or send my decree absolute to the NSO philippines so they will be informed about it because i know that if i intend to get re-marry in the philippines i still need to get a certificate from the NSO and if i dnt inform them that i get divorced here then in the Philippines i am still married, is it right? I will wait for your advice and again thank you

You need to register your decree absolute in the philippine embassy in London and they will be the one to forward it in NSO and when you go back then you ca just go to NSO and get CENOMAR (one hour only)
