When I click on "New Posts" all categories are shown.
Is it possible to choose which categories are visible?

No :)

You just have to click on each catergory from the main page one by one to do that.

Yes

Create a bookmark/favourite withe the following URL
http://filipinaroses.com/search.php?do=getnew&exclude=

and add to the end of the URL the list of forumids (separated by commas) you do not want to appear in the "New Posts"

Then use the bookmark instead of the New Posts labove.

Hope that helps :)

Then you'd have to bookmark them all....which kind of misses the point! :Erm:

It will be Bohol, will arrange when I get there :)

I like all the Filipino-related posts, but not too fussy on the sport or news-world ones

I go to the BBC website for world news and sport etc., but just want to immerse myself in all things Filipino here :Cuckoo:

Besides, I get lost with all the many posts and IMHO, the non-Filipino stuff is a distraction.

Don't get me wrong though, I really like this forum and the peeps on it.
I want to stay here even when my "Panaginip" arrives from Cebu Island.

when your wife gets here, it's not the end of the visa game for you, 2yrs later you'll have to apply for ILR, you must have evidence for them 2 yrs that you've lived togther and your lady must pass the life in uk test, and a year after that naturalization.:xxgrinning--00xx3:

so i hope you will stay around, as i hope all the members who have used this forum and benefited from it, give some support back and stay and help other newbies, and your not just hit and runners :D
