My blood ran cold years ago when the "Herald of Free Enterprise" capsized in the Channel.
But this is much, much worse.
My thoughts are with the families that lost loved ones.

If you put this plugin into Google Earth www.gearthblog.com/blog/archi...r_and_sto.html (http://www.gearthblog.com/blog/archi...r_and_sto.html) & switch on the Tropical overlay, you can see how the typhoon caught everyone out by surprise, as it suddenly turned 90 degrees.
