I'm gary. 34 yrs old from cardigan west wales. A contract cleaner.

And I need help with my wife's visa..

I married her last 29th of March 2008 here in West Wales. And we applied for spouse leave to remain FLR(M) last may. They denied our application because she run out of time..

She arrive here in Uk as a visitor last aug 07 and her visa is up to 03 of feb 2008. And we got engaged last november 07 and started living together last december 07. About the same time that we applied for certificate of approval so we can marry.
They give us the certificate of approval on 13th of feb the certificate of approval will be valid until 13th of may.. So we got married on 29th of march. Because they only give us 3 months to marry.
We thought it is just okay with the home office because they let us marry even if my wife has run out of visa. And when we applied for FLR(M) they denied us..

Now we are due to go back to the Philippines to apply there.

I need advice on what kind of documents should I bring with me to the Philippines. I will be devastated if they say no again. I want to make sure that they will give my wife her visa.:Cuckoo:

Afternoon gary like Mr admin writes it would be handy for you to write down step by step what happened as it sounds a little complicated and confusing as one minstry gave you both permisson to marry and another deneyed you a visa.
