The owner of a Philippine ferry that sank in the devastating Typhoon Fengshen with more than 800 people on board has said he will sue the country's weather agency for not giving timely information about the typhoon.

Idiots. Ferry operators already knew a typhoon was in the area, the weather forecasting could not predict it would change from going West to North within an hour.

If we sue the Weather Office each time the weather is not as predicted they would go to court every week...
As there are typhoons there every year, they perfectly know that the typhoon may not follow the predicted route!
