Here's one for techies - hope you can help.

I have a game, Call of Duty 4. It requires a video card: NVIDIA 6600 or better - or Radeon 9800 Pro or better in order to run.

My current video card is an NVIDIA 5600 - therefore the game won't run.

If I purchased one of the necessary video cards, would my Motherboard support it?

The Motherboard I have currently is a GIGABYTE GA-7VT600 1394.

Thank you.

Your board is likely to be AGP 8x slot, so look for that video card that is AGP 8x. Any high specs will do as long as AGP.

If you want the best game around, get Crysis :)

Then again, if your processor is crap, a new card will make little difference to the resolution in the game you can have.
