Seems that Red Ken's planning to up the congestion charge for SUVs (single user vehicles? :D) to 25 quid. Who's going to be the first to complain..? ;) :D

Not me... But I can see why people drive them especially with the state of this countries roads. The speed bumps everywhere don't help either.
