i have a question to you guys, i need help...

here's the situation:
my cousin in uk will accomodate me during my study so i included in my application their original copy of "tenancy agreement". my visa hasn't arrived yet and the problem is that i'm supposed to lodge their son's dependent visa next week and i also needed the original tenancy agreement. my question is that, can i just submit a photocopy of the tenancy agreement and state in the application form that the original can be pulled out from my folder? i have been delaying my nephew's application bcoz of that, and im so worried the visa fee will increase again for the nth time...

Here's my opinion - I think the Embassy will consider your application separate from that of your cousin's. Therefore, another original copy of the tenancy agreement has to be submitted for his application if you can't wait for your visa to be released together with the original supporting docs. You also have to consider that there's a huge number applications to be processed and you can't expect the Embassy to look for your file just to view the original tenancy agreement when they work on your cousin's application. This may actually cause some delays....
