We perfectly understand you to be impatient to see your family there, BUT...
Before thinking going back home, you need to be sure to have the necessary paperwork to come back in UK and not restart a full visa quest (with associated costs and time to wait) from the Philippines.
Don't forget the papers for the baby too...
    Best regards.

Could always apply in person at a PEO (would cost an extra £200) and assuming there are no issues FLR would be issued the same day.

    hello,

we have the same status visa. my visa will be expired by november but im getting married this month. i dont think you can go home as what i understand. coz after you get married here the next step will be you have to apply for another extension for your visa which is you have to change to spousal visa. we all want to go home to spend christmas there but since we chose to come here to be with your love ones and be legalized so we have to hang on. we can just go home and visit someday. by the way congratulations to you.
