hi my fiances mother send also her letter to include it in our visa application but im confuse ,the letter wrote or hand written is for the accomodation at the last part she has there( yours faithfuly, her name and last name) is that all she should put or including a sign or something?

It's important that all supporting letters are signed. To look more formal, I suggest that she type it instead of just handwritten.
