Sole Responsibility.......re the kids

Hi everyone,
My g/f's kids are in the Phils. The annulment has been ongoing for 11 months. The whole process is really slow at the moment....

Does anyone have knowledge or experience of sole responsibility of the kids? as we need this to bring them to the UK.

Is it awarded as part of the annulment? Or does it have to be done in addition to the annulment?

Please help....

also the embassy will not want to be 'piggy in the middle'. if the father objects to his kids leaving the phils, so depends on how much contact he has with them and what support he gives them if any.

but most cases are pretty straight forward
