Good news! David Scott, his girlfriend Cynthia & baby daughter, have been granted a visa to return to the UK.
There is still a question, how long Cynthia will be able to stay, as her marriage has still not been anulled.(Worry about that later).
Just seen it on the local news.
About time too.

Great News! Seems like a very long time since we heard anything about them. If it seems a long time to us, then I'm sure it's seemed much longer for them.

His mum is so relieved, as you can imagine. Said she felt like she'd won the lottery...You could see the relief in her face.
I am so happy for his mother, as well as for them. I can imagine what was going through her mind.
How did he manage to get out of there though? Didn't they take his passport?
Hope they are home soon, and let's hope all is well soon.
