im confuse... my fiance is receiving some return to work credit RTWC started last november and ends this year in nov too. is this public fund or not?

I have just looked it up and as far as I can tell it is a benefit to help people back into work "paid employment" which would be regarded as "Public Funds"

what he needs is a job, pay slips and some savings

but some people have managed to get their partner a spouse visa while unemployed, claiming benefits and having no savings, but many more have been refused because how can he support you, if he has no job or money ?. very risky .

i don't think it matters if its a public fund or not, as he is claiming it not you, your not allowed to claim public funds, and he has to watch he doesn't claim more money because you're with him when you get to the uk.

then as long as he supplies the evidence required, you shouldn't have a problem getting the visa

thanks ! i have one more question. in the application form should i say my fiance is receiving some public funds?coz i dont know if rtwc is a public fund coz its just for a year it will end this nov.but i think it is am kinda confuse.but my fiance will call the dwp tomorrow so if ever you have any idea about it pls tell me.
