1. Make yourself a documentation folder with the following sections which is useful for getting everything in order as follows: A Looseleaf binder folder with plastic document inserts under the following headings.

(a) Marriage Procedures.
(B) Pre-Arrival documents.
© Entry Clearance Documents.
(d) Interview Questions
(e) Visa Application forms. VAF2
(F) Details of your Mortgage, house ownership, Rent Contract
(g) Supporting Letter for the ECo with overview of relationship
(h) Brith Certificate and Divorce Decree Absolute if divorced
(i) Last 6 Months Bank Statements.
(j) Evidence of employment, letter from employer
(k) If Self employed, Business Accounts etc.
(l) Evidence that you have been supporting your wife.
(Bank transfer receipts, International Money Order, Western union receipts, Moneygram Receipts)
(M) Used Telephone cards..calling cards..Phone Bills showing Phone calls to the Philippines)
(N) Evidence of Relationship - Air Tickets, boarding card stubs, Letters with postmarks on...the more the better, showing a long relationship.
