I was working for a Singapore company for 3 months under employment pass (EP). My EP was cancelled after I wasn’t regularized. So I returned back to the Philippines after my EP was cancelled. Our Singapore office has a UK sister company, the UK company wants me to go there for 2 weeks to evaluate my performance. They will sponsor airfare and hotel expenses. They will also provide sponsorship letter. Is there a chance for me to go to the UK? Please advise on what to do.
