    recipe?

    has anyone got an easy to follow cassava cake using ingretients available her in the uk? i have tried several recipes but its really not what i remembered it to be back home...

    What ingredients do you use? My pinay friend here makes a good cassavas, always a hit in parties, she buys that frozen cassava at Sing Fat.

    i just use the frozen grated cassava what i need is a recipe ... i was working purely on guesswork before

    cream I think is the thicker consistency of the coconut, maybe if thats from a real coconut and not the tinned ones, not sure really heheh.

    In Birmingham you will get it in big Chinese shops like Sing Fat and Wing Yip. Have a look in Asian shops...go straight to the freezers you might find a cassava mix there.
