Discount Dial

The discount dial web site says

philippines landline 08717727171 7p/min
philippines mobile 08715516565 8p/min

I'm sure it never use to have a different number for mobiles.

I tried it a few times, but I always get the message, "Unfortunately due to capacity problems, it is currently not possible to use this service...".
Perhaps, its to do with my location? (Suffolk)


I now use 08713437474 (9p Telediscount).

We're in suffolk too and my wife hasn't had any real problems with discount dial. Think she has been using them for at least a year now.

I just tried it again, no luck! :( Perhaps, I'm just unlucky! I'm using BT line.

Might just be down to the time of day. She mainly uses it either early morning or late evening.
