Yes that appears to be correct, you can travel back in to country with your wife and avail yourself of the Balikbayan privilidge providing that you are travelling with your wife, your wife would need to tell the immigration officer that you are availaing yourself of this privilidge, when you show your passport and hers at same time, best of luck with that and let us know how that goes.
