English courses colleges in manila?

The Wifes brother is looking to study english for a year in manila or surrounding area.

Does anyone know of good places to study or just as important ones to avoid.

I noticed half tempted to apply for them to study here at a college i know here in londres.

I saw some advertise british accent courses. but with some the differences subtle to the non native it may not be what i would describe as british accent.
