I have got the total sh1ts with these people. About three weeks ago, I could suddenly no onger call out or send texts.
Did everyting they said, loaded P2k on the phone to make sure it did not get too low.
Yesterday they told me to turn it off at 8pm and turn it on at 11am this moring and they would get Globe to reset it.
Still doesn't work, so I carry on spending a fortune.
Between them and Globe they obviously could not organise a piss-up in a brewery!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just sent them an agitated email, they never seem very interested, but then i suppose they have the money already.
