    First of all welcome.

Lots of info has been posted on the subject, all you have to do is use the search function. Just type ILR.

    Again... Welcome

i take it your spouse visa was issued on the 11 nov 2006?
you can apply for ILR 28 days before you have been in the uk 2yrs. and uptil your visa expires.

so you can apply for ilr btw the 4th of nov and upto 10th, but your better off posting it on the 4th, or are you going to a PEO (same day app)?

also you need 6 documents or letters with both your names on

and you need to have passed the 'life in the uk' (KOL) test.

but as dom said , do a search on here, download the guidence notes and the form , so you know what you need to do

    set(m) app form
