urgent translation needed....

hi my wife rea has started calling me kalbo and she wont tell me what it means ...anyway i know it won't be too rude or offensive so could any filipinas help me with a translation. i guess its tagalog but it might be cebuano as she origionally comes from surigao del sur? anyway she finds this kalbo very funny and even funnier coz i have no idea what it means.if this is to be her new pet name for me,i want a tagalog pet name for her too i was thinking duckbutt lol....could anyone translate duckbutt into tagalog pls.. i know she will love that

Duckbutt in cebuano is igwad lubot or ikwad lubot, hehe lol. Not sure what duckbutt in tagalog means.
