    ILR approved

    hi guys,

just got back home from croydon home office where me and my husband submitted the application in person and thanks God everything went fine and I got my ILR approved within more or less 2 hours

The staff in the Home office were all friendly and helpful and the procedure was so easy.

Thank you all so much for your help and advice and wishing all of you the best.

We would recommend for anyone who will submit their ILR application in croydon and have to stay somewhere there, to stay at the jury's inn, just more or less 3 min. walk plus there's a shopping mall across the road ...

thank you all so very much from me and my hubby

Glad its all done for you JBT. If you get the time dont forget to pass on info on what papers they asked for and the latest procedure as you know it makes it far easier for the next batch.

    hi melmart,

the website is http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/ukr...cy/settlement/ , http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/ukr...ionformset(m)/, you will find in there the SET M application form and the GUIDE for Set M Application.

i guess, either by post of in person, if you have the required supporting documents they are asking for, you will be fine.

if you apply by post, it will cost you £750, saving you £200 against applying in person w/c is £950. if you dont mind waiting for a couple of weeks, i suggest applying by post is better but if you want to have the result straightaway and have peace of mind straightaway then its worth applying in person.

    Goodluck to your application.
