It's more than only a school, it's also a French Cultural Institute organising French culture events in Cebu and having a (small) library with French books.

Multicultural language school to open 2nd branch on Llorente

The Cebu Multicultural Learning Institute (CMLI) is set to open a second branch at CP Center bldg. near Chong Hua Hospital on J. Llorente st. on April 26.

Formerly known as the Cebu Multicultural Tutorial Center, CMLI has transformed itself into one of Cebu city’s premier language schools.
Its main office is located at the second floor of Cesar’s Foodland bldg. in Banilad.

To formally open the branch, free 30-minute language lesson samplers will be given after the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Language lessons to be offered are French, Chinese, German, Italian, Niponggo, Spanish and Norwegian. Interested parties are encouraged to call for reservations to be properly accommodated.

The school also offers academic tutorials and IELTS review sessions.
This summer, it is offering workshops on academic skills enhancement for elementary, high school and college students; reading readiness, Math concepts and arts and crafts for pre-school and lower elementary; critical thinking skills for upper elementary; and study skills workshop (research and writing skills) and Math enhancement for high school and college levels.

Courses are facilitated by an international staff of highly qualified instructors and tutors. It was founded by Alma A. Japzon, who was an ESL coordinator of Cebu International School for 15 years.
