i wish you all the best and if you dont feel secure w/your company, is it not possible for you to look for another company that maybe can sponsor you, in case, you leave your present one, it's maybe hard to find a new one but just be patient sis.

have you tried to discuss your problem w/ your boyfriend? as you said he's not ready yet and dont want to rely on to him, but maybe he can give you some words of advice, more love and understanding and moral support.

Yeah but it says that i need to have an approval again n home office if i change a job? And I dont know anyone n England...

yeah you need an approval from the home office and if you breaking the contract in your present employee you have to pay it i think, correct me if i am wrong.

yeah but i have an approval for my employer to find a job... its just that it's hard to find a job now adays in England... Unless anyone here knows any company that needs an IT staff or admin or any job will do... plss. im desperate....

when you came over here it's clearly that you are on work permit visa...i don't think that there is a way for you to switch it onto another visa just to make you stay in here,majority in here are couples and are on settlement visa...and yes you can too.. but then even if you switch into it...you still need to go back to the PI get married and apply for settlement visa but from your other post you and your bf are not yet ready into that matter...you said you only have a month in your company but i know whichever visa it is it all takes time to process...i think you better read your contract because for sure it stated in there what's gonna happen to you if the company closes or shut down...the best advice for you is to you go to the immigration for advice because they are the expert to that.....and also i wish your company gets well by the end of this month...for you to stay in england a bit longer...goodluck

I've read your other thread...just try your best to look for a job here if it fails then just go back to the Phil. Your bf will realize it eventually how important you are to him...maybe just give him alittle space to assess things. Once he is decided to settle then thats good ...you will be back in UK sooner than you think. If he doesnt, then its his lost. I know its hard that you might lose your job and go back to Phil and start all over again but who knows what might happen? God has good plans for you....let things take its course.
