well, the fact is, people are prepared to marry someone to stay in the uk, maybe even paying them to wed, the house of lords are clueless as to what is going on, I've read many posts, where an illegal immigrant are getting wed to eastern European girls, too many just to be a coincidence, even Indians and Pakistani's are marrying polish girls. something going on here
i'm sure they will pass a law banning the backdoor route of marrying in a Anglican church, where you don't need a COA. if your illegal here, then you don't have rights to be here, then passing a law that bans illegal immigrants from getting married here, i don't see how it can be unjust.get legal or go back home and wed.
