hello im new to this i wonder if any 1 can help

i have a gf an daughter in ph daughter is 5 this december i need to know the papers i need to take this yr once my hernia op has fully repaired.

only been out hospital 4 days.

i didn't send money over on the first yr of baby born cause i didn't hav full proof it was my baby so yr later i went over again for another 3 months an got test over there to see if i was farther. Mother was swearing it is mine but i had to see make sure with 100% proof. So i got dna test over here in uk an she is mine. So after i was sending money over but had to keep stopping cause was told money was going on her family. Anyway i would like to to help as bring them both over here or if easyier my daughter the mother agreed in second yr wen i was over there. I got told by bristih men who live there you hav no chance its so hard so put me off. i thought well must see someone so did go to see british console man i had just short of 3 weeks left i told him he siad bring the mother in she signed to give me permission to bring daughter here in uk but then he said wont be going bak with her this yr that was 2004.
Could anyone help me to either bring both over here or daughter wat papers i need.
