Personally I rather go "commando"..... Not a very smart idea while wearing white "man from del monte" trousers...

for the ladies, it depends on what we are going to wear. If its slim jeans or skirts...should be thongs or seamless knickers, so you wont see any marks. For trousers or something loose, any knickers will do.
