    Pork Sisig

    Does anyone have a recipe for Pork Sisiq - with UK Ingredients.

    It's my favourite dish (so far) and i want to try and cook it for my wife

    SORRY DECK , ITS JUST MY FIRST WEEK HERE IN THE UK SO IM NOT SURE IF YOU CAN GET THE PORK CHEEKS HERE. I LIKE SISIG ALSO WITH BEER HUH

    i just buy my sisig in tins at a pinoy store
    God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people i had to kill because they pissed me off.

    nope. the fatty area of the pig's head tastes better than any other parts of the pig. pig ears is nice for sisig too, time consuming though....

    As i remember i read somewhere here they patterned it in a haggis version

    but anyway maybe pork will do just fried it until it looks cruchy then chop it, after that put onions, pepper, salt,bit spicy,calamansi or lemon and a few mayonnaise

    I hope it helps even it doesnt taste that much like the sisig she used to eat, the effort you've made will please her
