    Post Any Chances

I'm just curious and I want to be hopeful for our FIANCE VISA APPLICATION...
My hubby is retired in RAF he's been working there for 12 years and then after that He put up his own business (SPORTS THERAPIST INJURY CLINIC) for 5 years now.. But he has no house yet, he is just renting right now, ummm he has pension from the RAF but no enough saving to bank. He just got new job a month ago... Is there any BIG POSSIBLE CHANCE that we can PASS our APPLICATION????

I'm a little confused. You said you're applying for a fiance visa but then you said " my hubby" or is it just ur way of endearment?
mmm let's just hope for the best... good luck!

not a problem with renting, most important thing he has a job, it would be better if he has some savings, if he can do a spreadsheet of what money he has coming in, and his out going, so he can show he can support you 'without recourse to public funds'. but it would be better if he had savings for a fiancée visa, as how will he pay for your visa, flight, wedding etc without savings..

no one can tell you definitely if you will get a visa. only the case worker knows but the more money you have the better chance

Ummm honestly he hes no much SAVINGS in the bank because it's always going out...there's money that is going in on his business but it goes out too... He has PENSION though from ROYAL AIR FORCE, he's been working there for 12 YEARS. Now he got a new job, he works there for a month now, we will use his PAYSLIP there and the RECEIPT BOOK from his SPORT INJURY CLINIC... We will photo copy all those...

I'm feel afraid and nervous that we might fail our application...I'm just being positive because my hubby wants me there ASAP and me too... The waiting process is too long alread

Mrs O'Farrell is right, are you applying for Fiance or Spouse Visa? But whichever it might be, as long as your partner has enough funds to support you then you have nothing to worry about. He needs to justify his finances by showing a positive balance in his bank statements. His pension will be considered as his income.

I finally decided to write you a lil quick message to enlighten you some. I just want you to rest assure, do please not to worry much about, i've been into that kind of stage preparing all the required documents needed and yes it's really quite stressful, so much pain in the BUTT....as we badly need to know if everything is okay before attempting to do any. Yes amyburple you are in the right hand as people here in the forum are so friendly and accommodating all through out the process, you got it all in hand so believe me we're in the same boat.

As on your situation regarding about the financial capabilities of your bf/husband. Everything seems fine, he has a pension from his previous job that lasted for 12 yrs, so as he has his own lil business to help you rest assure, much more he is working full time as well....what else then you think is not enough? okay here we go....no worries about the savings yet as long as he can manage to save a bit of cash each month to keep you going as long as there's no negative statement showing to his account which for me i guess is more important than any. (well even others got their visas even have some overdraft although they manage to point out in details as why so.... but to avoid the risk of refusal better not then, best to have a healthy bank statement although you haven't that much savings or NONE.) lets see even to have 2,000-3000 is much more considerable. I guess your hubby can save those in quite 6mos time. For me i consider to have those amount esp that if you're filing a fiancee visa and that you can't work straight away when you get there so better to be in a safe side.

So lets go with your evidence of relationship: provide all you think that do helps from chats, emails,( i may not say that you gonna print all off, just choose some maybe once in a week) surely you have another means of communication that also help to weigh things up more, post mail, cards, photos, any piece of paper that reflects and relates your relationship with each....I guess i don't need to put all in details as you already know what i mean esp the important things.

with regards to your school credentials yes you can sum up all.....you and your bf, any id's, certificates etc. I did put mine as well....it includes all my school credentials,(my diploma from high, elem, and my bachelor degree diploma from college. I am not saying its all needed I just put all to be in a safe side because my NSO birth cert appeared as late register which i was born 1980 and just registered 1997 so i better put all my old id's-form that i have used since then to see that it was the same me). certificates from any job employment i had in the past, (even my OJT training certificate on that said company) and so as my certificate that i got after having a brief training regarding any windows software application. So hope it helps.

    best of luck
