coz i lack supporting documents

i havent submitted anything yet but already paid the visa fee
can i still refund it (still within the 45 days)

As I could not find a link or instructions in regard of refunds of visa fees, I strongly suggest that you phone the Embassy and ask them directly on the subject.

And do it quickly....
