Hair treatment help!!!

water in the UK is terrible and a disgrace to hair and skin...
so use a Kerastase mask (i use age recharge but all are great) and hot oil once a week...
as for shampoo i use bain satin by Kerastase and for conditioner i use Lait vital by Kerastase... i tried so many shampoos and conditioner and this are the best!!!

That'll be because it safe to drink and use straight from the tap then!

You'll find it is the atmosphere that effects hair, not water which is H2O wherever you live in the Universe!
