hello mga pinays in this forum..i always read your comments and advices here and it's so interesting..and it's just yesterday that i become a member of this forum..i'm from cebu, married to a british guy for about 2years ago..i have applied for a settlement visa a week ago but there's something that i am worried with my application..my husband was defending only in public funds but he have a bank account of 3000pounds..is their a possibility that my application will be denied?

Hello fhara, you are waiting for more than one month already for your application result. I read somewhere here saying that visit visa processing is 30 days or 30 working days, can't be sure but something like that, hope and pray we will get approved visa soon. I am following of your thread coz I am next in line after yoursim from barili..ikaw?..i just submit my application last aug22 a visit visa and still hoping for a good news...

welcome to the forum. im from Cebu as well. about your application lets hope it will approve even though your husband is just depending on public funds. so that means he is not working. hhhmmmmthats a gamble but who knows it will go thru... good luck!
