how are you? how long have you been waiting for this NSO marriage cert since you applied for it?
I happen to request from NSO my birthcert a couple of weeks ago here in manila. I applied for it online and it took less than 4 days, they mailed me my certificate.
I wonder if it will take the same amount of time for marriage cert.
