Best to go to the LCR office where you filed your MC. And if you haven't requested for an early endorsement to NSO then request it from the LCR. Explain to them that you need to get your NSO MC for visa application.

hello panaginip....is it you from daanbantayan u mean? i am from cebu here....been to daanbantayan few years ago, had a couple of friends lived from there, i stayed for few days to attend their annual fiesta celebration every month of May...the place called lanao daanbantayan..u familliar with that?

We were in the same situation a while ago, because the elections in Phil slowed or stopped all Gov work.
But Jet kept following up nearly every day, involving a distant "relative" working for NSO.
Then all of sudden it was there.
6 copies......
I suggest you also try to obtain a few copies, because they will come in handy, very handy......

halu day rochelyn go to your local registry speak to the manager ask your original copy of your MC then photo copy it and send the original copy to the NSO via express delivery keep the receipt then couple of days go to NSO office request a copy of your MC and show to them your receipt so they know that your MC is already there in the office.don't depend on that local registry because take ages bfore they send it to the NSO.Hi,

ang maayo pa day adtoon nimo ang local civil registry sa daanbantayan ug ipa electronic endorsement ang inyo marriage contract padung sa nso. magbayad ka ana para sa courier pero dali ra. ayaw paabota nga sila ra mag mag endorse kay madugay jud ug ayo. taga an man ka nila ana ug date kanus a nimo pwede kuhaun sa nso. ug pag adto nimo sa nso... ang irequest duha ka copya kuhaa pud para naa pag apply nimo ug passport ug visa. Kuhaun man gud sa dfa ang 1 copy nga original sa atoa marriage certificate.
Bisaya pud ko. hehehe..

I happen to request from NSO my birthcert a couple of weeks ago here in manila. I applied for it online and it took less than 4 days, they mailed me my certificate.
I wonder if it will take the same amount of time for marriage cert.
