hello and welcome to UK. if you are looking for job firstly you have to get a NI number coz thats the requirement and then go to your job center there if you're not satisfied in the job sites.

yes once u have your spousal or FLR you have to have a NI number as well coz thats a requirement. thats like a SSS in Phils.

Some company will do it for you. But better get it yourself coz that will add a plus factor in your application
