Hello everyone. I'm Regina, married to a French national working in UK. I am currently waiting for my EEA Family Permit and is very exasperated with the long wait!I'm hoping that the embassy would cut unnecessary delays to avoid incessant torture. The hell, pain and nightmare they're subjecting couples is maddening!

My wife and I had to wait nearly 8 weeks for the Family Permit.
Yes, it can resemble mental torture at times, but on the whole we didn't make too much fuss.
Don't think about it, just go about your daily business, no need to worry.
It will be issued, unless there is something missing in the documentation presented, or the ECO needs more clarification.
