they must have taken your money out of your account ??

might be time to give them a call, have you checked on the website what months of ILR they are processing ??

Oh yes, they have taken the money. I did call them last week and they said that the couldn't put a trace on it until it had been with them for at least 12 weeks. They also said it could take up to 16 weeks to process. It's beyond a joke.
