They will post me in 2wks the oath taking ceremony letter. Then I can apply for passport.

It says in the application form "Every adult applying for their first passport is likely to need to have an identity interview" so let's just see if they will ask me for an interview.

i think they definitely will ask you

but its the last leg of the gov getting any more money out of you

There will be an interview for first time UK passport applicants for sure.. I had mine in April this year
