    Hello everyone!!!

    Hi, my name is Chuchie. Found this website very useful, interesting & helpful. I'm a singer by profession based in Malaysia & have worked around Asia since 1992. I've taken a long break as my fiance & I are planning to get married early nxt year. I met my fiance in '97 & started our relationship the following year ('98). I've spent many years in Penang, Malaysia....that's where i met my fiance (he works there as well). I have been to the UK 3 times on a visit. We've submitted our visa application here in Manila on the 23rd Sept. Will keep you all posted regarding the outcome. Anybody from West Midlands or Somerset? I will be in the UK again this December for Christmas holiday. Regards to everyone. God bless.

    Minehead, Dunster, Simonsbath

    Hi Frances, My fiance is actually from Bromsgrove,Worcestershire but he also has a property at Simonsbath, Somerset. During our holidays, we divide our weeks staying in Bromsgrove, Dunster, Minehead (his parents own a beautiful beach chalet in Dunster) & Simonsbath. Which part of Somerset are you from? Love the countryside there...wild ponies, heathers...etc. Just love it!!!!

    i live in winsford just 10miles from simonsbath,yes frances has her visa well shes expecting it any day now ,we have been through hell and back to get it ,we were denied at first but the embassy overturned there decision.

    Congratulations!!!

    Hi Philip & Frances, just read a bit about your story...wow I'm glad everything's ok now & you guys have your visa already..congratulations!!! I'm still waiting for my fiancee visa...hopefully i'll hear a good news this week. At the moment we are scheduled to fly back to the UK on the 15th Dec for our 2nd Christmas holiday (i still have my existing visit visa valid til 15th JAn '09). Once again congratulations!!!
