its easily solved, no on is above the law, when they apply for a visa, they should provide proof of a relationship just like us Brits have to, and not just meet each other on their wedding day, if they did meet on their wedding day and have no proof of a relationship before that, then they cannot get a visa until they provide evidence of a relationship after they have been married say x number of months..
