Your letter would get there quicker if you used a homing pidgeon, compared to the postal service in PI. With the added bonus that the pidgeon doesnt go thru your mail to take anything they might consider of value for themselves, so be bright and don't send bank details, money, items of value etc. etc. thru the Philippines postal service.
