There is none at the moment but the VFS Center is making a survey among if many of the applicant would prefer to have a center in Cebu as well. I just don't know if they will push thru with the plan.

Ummm... One time when I called to the hot line after the conversation the AGENT is asking me for a quick survey she ask me if I'm in favor to ave VFS @ CEBU..all I says is ha ummm, I'm here in MANILA We just both laugh
