For me watching Earls court FC get beaten at Wemberrrlleee
Geting my new role and the Wife soing well in her Job.
Worst is at present my current Boss doesn't want me to move on so im doing both jobs

Having 2 trips to the Philippines. my 1st & 2nd time there...It was more , than I could ever have imagined. Just wish I could be over there, for christmas. We're engaged now, so hope to marry next year.

Definately having to come back, x2. Plus like you, I'm pretty broke too.
All in all though, it's been a good year for me. Hope 2009, is just as good for everyone on here.

When I was granted my Visit Visa and traveled England,Scotland & Wales for 5months.

To come back and find out that your own blood stole all your business's earnings lol

I've not got a lot of money at the moment...but come on guys! The future will be full of oppurtunities for all of us!
The highlight of my year and whole life is getting married to a filipina of course..hehe!

Having to leave her in Cebu airport after only being married for one week
Happiest moments- My weeks diving in the Phils and being reunited with the wife on my return.
Saddest- When the Inland Revenue demanded nearly £8K they'd "omitted" to charge me 3 years ago. Money I was going use to renovate our house.

Happiest: Me and Fiance live together in England and we traveled around England, Wales, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Wights.
so sad, saying bye bye at the Heathrow Airport and now we`re apart huhuhuhu

Well,you know what to do about it. When you get to the UK and you are, as I'm sure you will be eventually, quite a bit richer than you are right now, don't forget the old adage, what goes around comes around.

Thank you for the uplifting words Iain. Having to return to the Philippines suffering from England Withdrawal Symptoms was hard enough lol and to return knowing all that was a bit Mental! lol
But like you said... karma bites back.
