    When I'm in France, 'moules frites' is my 'almost daily' dish!!!!

    However, I LOVE baked tahong when it is done properly.

    You have 2 options.

    1 - do your unthinkable and take a bit of a swim in the sea, find some rocks and fight the mussels off them.... Watch your freshly manicured hands...

    2 - Nearest decent supermarket, freezer section... Under NZ Green Lipped mussels....

    Et voila'....

    You WELCOME... thanks for reading and for the interest... Hmmm I'm not really sure where to get some TAHONG there in CEBU but for sure there TONS hehehe....
