some may ask NBI etc... hay hehe, i think it is case to case basis... some of the centres are quite fussy and some or pretty straight forward.
just have everything handy so you are ready!
I renewed my passport this Sept,and they just asked for photocopies of my Guidance and Counseling Certificate & Certificate of Attendance, both from CFO. And of course the MC from NSO.
